Providers make the mistake of rapidly growing (following leads) without planning & when the service to the participant deteriorates, so does the business.

Having someone available to call and talk out an emergency or issue gives them a huge sense of relief. It can get lonely when you're running your own company so I'm always on hand if you need an ear to listen.
